I'm sorry to hear that your santa didn't deliver, but I'm happy I got a chance to draw for you after the amazing custom outfit you did for me. I hope she fits what you wanted more or less.
I tried to incorporate both the winter and oriental themes. I also went with your colour palette of blue/green/yellows. I'm not too good with weapons but I didn't want something too elaborate since the clothes are elaborate enough.

In any case, I had a lot of fun and I really hope you like her. You've had to wait way too long for your present ; ~;
