Speed + Strength

Crosse has both speed and strength.

Quick Reflex

He can respond fairly quickly and tends to be versatile/resourceful.

Low to Average Endurance

Don't ask him to run a marathon. If he fights for more than two hours you won't see him for the rest of the week 'cause he's probably in too much muscle pain to get up.

All or nothing

Crosse is actually a bit more like a dog than a cat in this aspect. He'll lock onto someone and keep fighting them until one or the other can't get up. If he loses a prey, he'll beat up and break other objects/people until he's out of energy. There's no such thing as simply walking it off.

Lazy:

Reiterated in the personality section but honestly he's too damn lazy. 99.999% of the time he won't feel like something is worth the effort so he doesn't bother with it. Getting him to do something requires the task to be intrinsically interesting to him. Actually... This is more of a neutral trait but it's rather important, as it places him in the neutral zone more often than not.

- Custom dual machetes connected with a chain
- The hilt carries acid which can be used to coat the blades at the press of a button.
- Acid coat lasts about 15-30 minutes (depending on use) per coat and can only be used 2 times per refill.
- It takes a couple of months but the blades do eventually erode and need to be replaced.

- 10 throwing knives in the white pouch, but he's not very good at them so he mainly uses them to test dangerous areas.

Loyal

Crosse is extremely loyal, but only to those he recognizes as worthy.

Resourceful/Cunning

Surprisingly resourceful, but it's generally a squandered trait.

Prideful

As prideful and spiteful as they come.

Lazy

Of all Crosse's bad traits, his laziness probably outweighs everything. He's the kind of guy who won't pay his electricity or water bill because he can't be assed to do it, not because he can't afford it. Likewise, he's the same type of guy who will live in that kind of dump because he's too lazy to call in to get everything reinstated.

Stubborn

Bullheaded, yeahhhhhh

Irresponsible + A Pathological liar + Careless

These three probably go hand in hand. He'll promise people one thing and be too lazy to do it or completely forget about it altogether. Trusting him to show up somewhere on time is like expecting chickens to form an orderly queue.

Whimsically destructive

He'll destroy his own shit and then everyone else's shit.

Attractive people / Cats / Cute things / Not needing to get up / Shoes / Food / Styling his hair / Himself

Kids / Girly boys / Wimps / Responsibility / People touching his hair / Getting wet (because of his hair) / People more successful/powerful than him / Anything that requires him to get up / A set schedule or appointment

- He has 2 very successful/straight-laced older brothers
- In general comes from a pretty rich merchant family (They make traditional Japanese sweets + other more profitable things)
- But he's a total deadbeat due to his extreme laziness
- He also feels that he can't ever surpass his brothers and gain recognition for himself, so acting out is kind of his way of saying "Hey, I'm alive" to his family
- Even though the scornful attention and shame he brings tend to weigh on him, he prefers being the problem child/black sheep to being ignored.
- Since his family kept bugging him to get a proper job, he figured joining a gang and being a "gang member" was enough of a job as any.
- He was introduced into the gang by a veteran member who he used to see but has since broken up with.

- He dates a lot of women since he's in denial that he's bisexual/bicurious, but the relationships never last more than a week because the girls get fedup with having a loser boyfriend.
- The cat "ears" are actually just his hair with a lot of hair spray. He spends around 2 hours each day on it and it seems to be the only habit that he's not too lazy about.
- He doesn't own a bed or any kind of furniture because he tends to break them and they're too much of a hassle to replace.
- He breaks his cellphone daily and has to get new ones often. It's the main reason why people often can't get a hold of him.
- Sometimes watches the family's sweets store so he can eat and watch TV while getting paid.
- His belt and cat pin belongs to an ex-girlfriend.
